On September, 15th 2000, Song Be Lottery company has been changed to Binh Duong Lottery Trading Printing Company.

On Jannuary 1st, 2001, the company replaced the old headquarter at 16 Nguyen Thai Hoc by the new one locates at 01 Huynh Van Nghe, Thu Dau Mot town, Binh Duong province with more than 20.000m2.

Binh Duong Lottery was born in the time of our country has just became independence and united. For this reason, Lottery activities have many difficulties. At this time, lottery tickets was considered to be the goods to distribute ;anyone who has agent books and bring it to sell will also get money more than their salary, people have to lie up all night to buy lottery tickets. Moreover, lottery activities at that time were unstable such as management structure of Lottery business was defect, market was not stable, the competition between lottery departments was drastic day and day.

However, with the conduct of leadership level and concerned departments, it makes the management structure is more completed. The company’s leaders is interest in research, they always follow to stipulate of Party. It can be seen updating technology, creating in work have progressively been stable in market share, it has bring high efficiency in commission of the company. Hence, the budget that the company has to submit for this year is higher than the prior year.

In addition, the company has also operate in printing area such as printed productions, magazines, pamphlets, some kinds of stamp’s goods, high quality decals… Especially, another field of the company is trading services which is Binh Duong center locates in the center of Thu Dau Mot town with 7000m2, it becomes one of the bustling and animated centers in Binh Duong that it’s operation to serve shopping for citizens with many kinds of product such as clothing, cosmetics, handicraft products, gold and silver…Besides, this centre also serves for entertainment purpose like restaurants, internets, coffee shops that adapt with demand of everybody.

Some achievements that the company obtained through the last time operated:

1. In 1995, the company was honorable to receive The 3rd Class Labour Medal from Government

2. In 1997, the company was honorable to receive The 2nd Class Labour Medal from Government

3. In 14/06/2002, BVQI provided certificate for company with standard of Quality Management Systems - ISO 9001:2000.

4. In 02/01/2003, the company was raised to the first rate in business by Government

5. In 2003, the company is honorable to receive The 1st Class Labour Medal from Government

6. In 23/01/2004, the first time the company conducted the drawn by automatic fume system purchased from France.

7. In 2004, the company was honorable to received The 3rd Class Labour Medal from Government

8. In 2005, the company was awarded the certificate of merit for paying taxes achiviement by Ministry of Finiance

9. In 2006, the company was awarded the title "the excellent and typical business" by Binh duong committee.

Furthermore, the company always cares about some issues of society as donative’s activities, welfare by annual attribution in bridges and roads, hospitals, schools, poor families, orphans… It can be proved that the company collected to build more than 200 affected and gratuitous houses and gave saving books to families which are dead and wounded soldiers. During the year in 2006, the company attributed 2,116 billion VND for charity purpose.
